ESGTT Communications, Inc., a leading global provider of managed network and security services to multinational organizations, has completed a successful migration for a global leader in shop fitting and store design, HMY Group – upgrading legacy network technology to SD-WAN gestionada without interruption to its business. The Managed SD-WAN solution connects 15 of HMY Group’s sites across Europe, Asia, North and South America in real time and provides a faster, more reliable network to support the company’s continuing global expansion.

La solución se basa en la red IP Global Tier 1 de GTT, que abarca seis continentes y 140 países. Fundamentalmente, la solución SD-WAN permite al Grupo HMY incorporar más rápidamente nuevas sedes a su red corporativa en ubicaciones geográficas de difícil acceso como China y Sudamérica, donde las opciones de acceso local pueden no estar bien establecidas. Esto se consigue permitiendo al Grupo HMY el aprovechamiento de cualquier tipo de acceso local disponible manteniendo una configuración robusta.
GTT SD-WAN gestionada now connects 15 HMY Group sites in France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, United States, and China, with efficient routing and load balancing for fast performance and automatic network failover for increased resilience. GTT Cloud Connect gives users across HMY Group high-performance, secure connectivity to the Microsoft Azure cloud.
Further, the HMY Group takes advantage of GTT’s EtherVision, a web-based customer portal, providing its IT team visibility of the entire global network with the ability to set policies and monitor the use and performance of devices and applications.
GTT supported HMY Group throughout the migration with additional solutions including Professional Services, SIP trunking, broadband wireless, and centralized firewalls, which GTT also manages as part of its integrated managed services offering.
